A market within the Samut Songkhram Province, commonly called Siang Tai (life-risking) Market, based on the stalls being attached to the Mae Klong-Ban Laem railway.

The market opened in 1905, and the railway merged in 1907. Those who worked on the market refused to move, so they found a way to work around it. Every time a train comes through, they pack the market away, and unpack it once it's passed. We were stood at the train station platform so we didn't see this as there's only a handful of trains a day, but we were still stood within the market that merges with the platforms.
