Because each item is custom made after you order using Printify, please read the following about returns and refunds. 

Made to Order


All prints are made after you order, so I cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. 

Damaged or Faulty Items


If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo and your order number. I will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Late or Lost Deliveries


If your order hasn’t arrived after 15 business days (UK) or 30 business days (international), please contact me for help tracking your order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalised or customised prints

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Change of mind or incorrect order by the customer

How to Request a Refund or Replacement
